Rachelle Dabrowski is a licensed private investigator and founder of Verite Investigations, providing investigative and litigation support services in Michigan and Florida.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University, graduating summa cum laude. Her professional background includes experience supporting both criminal defense matters and prosecutorial investigations, giving her a well-rounded perspective when reviewing evidence, records, witness information, and case strategy.

John met Debrah on an online dating app while he was on probation just getting out of prison. He was good-looking and had a great story and a fake career to manipulate Debrah with. He began to take over her life, family, property and career. They married. John then began to take her funds and she noticed money was missing so she was told by her accountant to look into him. John moved very quickly with Debrah and had moved in and put cameras up in the house to watch her every move without her knowing. Terra Debrah's daughter disliked John. Some of the behaviors and stories started to not match up with what John was telling them. He started to show signs of medical issues, financial issues and anger issues. GPS Tracking, Surveillance & Stationary Camera Services
Verite Investigations offers GPS tracking, physical surveillance, and stationary camera services in Michigan and Florida, subject to applicable law and the facts of each case.
GPS tracking laws differ significantly between the two states. Michigan law allows licensed investigators to use tracking devices in certain lawful investigative circumstances, while Florida imposes stricter limitations and requires a clearly applicable legal basis before a tracker may be deployed.
Because of those differences, GPS tracking is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Written authorization and documentation of the client’s lawful authority may be required before any device is installed or used.
When GPS tracking is not available or is not the best investigative option, physical surveillance may provide a lawful and effective alternative. Verite Investigations provides discreet surveillance services designed to document relevant activity, locations, movements, and conduct when appropriate.
Stationary camera deployment and monitoring may also be available in appropriate cases. Cameras are installed only on property or structures where lawful authorization has been obtained and are positioned to document activity from a lawful vantage point. Audio recording is not used unless separately permitted by applicable law.
